ISLAMABAD, Pakistan (Reuters) – The State Bank of Pakistan has received a $3 billion deposit from Saudi Arabia, according to Shaukat Tarin, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Finance and Revenue (SBP).
Shaukat Tarin commended Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their kindness when delivering the news.
The deposit was made after Saudi Funds approved a $3 billion deal with the central bank.
