QUETTA: The body of instructor pilot Qazi Ajmal, who went missing three days ago when his gyrocopter crashed, was discovered in the Balochistan town of Awaran on Sunday, according to Asia News.
Ajmal had travelled from Karachi three days earlier, but his little lightweight aircraft went missing as it approached Balochistan.
A tiny gyrocopter fell into the mountains near Poldat in Awaran, according to Amanullah Sajdi of the Balochistan Wildlife Department. He stated that the corpse of the pilot had been found from the mountains.
The Lasbela district SP confirmed the claim, saying that the pilot’s corpse and wreckage from the gyrocopter crash were discovered in Kund Malir. He stated that the body was being moved from Kund Malir to Hub.
Ajmal was a member of Peshawar’s Qazi family.
