Pakistan has recorded 27 deaths from new coronavirus in the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of positive cases to 1,410,033. On Saturday, the national death toll reached 29,219 people.
The National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) reported that 7,963 people tested positive with COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
Punjab continues to be the province with the highest number of deaths, followed by Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Until far, 13,139 people have died in Punjab, 7,800 in Sindh, 5,994 in KP, 979 in Islamabad, 752 in Azad Kashmir, 367 in Balochistan, and 188 in Gilgit Baltistan as a result of the pandemic.
