On Tuesday, Libya’s Charge d’Affaires, Omar B. A. Abdulkarim, met with Minister of Finance and Revenue Shaukat Tarin in Islamabad.
Both sides emphasised the two countries’ long-standing fraternal connections.
They noted that Pakistan and Libya have had a solid cordial connection for many years and that it is growing stronger by the day.
In his remarks, the Charge d’Affaires stated that the Libyan government is working to strengthen bilateral connections, particularly between businesses from the two nations.
During the meeting, the performance of the Pak-Libya Holding Company was also addressed, and the Finance Minister praised the company’s progress.
The Finance Minister expressed his support for the two nations’ fraternal relations to be strengthened further.
