The Andheri Magistrate Court summoned Bollywood actor Salman Khan on April 5 for reportedly misbehaving with a journalist.
Salman Khan, the Bollywood star, seemed to like getting into trouble and earning trips to the courtroom, and this has happened again again. In 2019, the actor from Wanted was called to court for allegedly clashing with a journalist.
According to ANI, the journalist, Ashok Pandey, had filed a complaint under the Indian penal code’s sections 504 and 506, which deal with insult designed to induce disturbance of the peace and criminal intimidation, respectively.
According to Times Now, Pandey had accused the Dabang actor and his security of attacking him while he was attempting to video the Bollywood star while riding a bicycle. According to the FIR, the incident occurred on April 24, 2019.
According to the application, Ashok claims he asked Salman’s bodyguards for permission to video him as he was riding his bicycle. However, the actor became enraged by his request, and his security allegedly stormed his car, thrashing and abusing him.
Salman also joined his bodyguards, tortured him, and snatched his phone, according to Pandey. Pandey later went to court after the police dismissed his complaint, claiming that no crime had been committed, he explained.
