On Monday, April 11, at 1:00 p.m., the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly will convene. The Assembly Secretariat’s agenda also includes a no-confidence resolution against Chief Minister Mehmood Khan.
According to a notification issued on Sunday, the Speaker of the KP Assembly convened the assembly session on Monday, which had earlier been postponed until Tuesday, May 10 at 2 p.m.
According to ANP parliamentary leader Sardar Hussain Babak, the motion of no-confidence was meant to prevent the legislature from being dissolved.
He further added that if Chief Minister Mahmood Khan assures that the Assembly will not be dissolved, the no-confidence vote against him will be withdrawn.
