In response to the death of UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Pakistan declared three days of national mourning from May 13 to 15, 2022.
“The National Flag will likewise fly at half-mast during the period of mourning,” the Foreign Office said in a statement issued today.
“The news of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, passing away was met with great regret and grief by the Government and people of Pakistan,” the statement said.
