Several significant PTI dissidents, including Aleem Khan, will reportedly join Jahangir Khan Tareen’s ranks when he assumes the role of the party’s patron-in-chief, according to people familiar with the situation.
There are rumours that Mr. Tareen and his allies have started the basic planning process and established a party secretariat in Lahore.
