The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) head was granted 14-day protective bail in the Quetta-based lawyer’s murder case by the Islamabad High Court on Thursday.
The hearing was conducted by a two-member bench chaired by the chief judge of the Islamabad High Court, and the court directed the PTI chairman to appear before the appropriate court within two weeks.
It should be noted that the PTI chairman was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the murder of Supreme Court advocate Abdur Razzaq Shar, who was attacked on Airport Road in the province capital on Tuesday by unknown attackers.
