Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said on Tuesday that terrorism should be condemned in “clear and unambiguous terms” in all of its forms and manifestations.
“There can be no justification for the killing of innocent people, regardless of the cause or pretext,” he remarked during a virtual summit hosted by India of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).
“The hydra-headed monster of terrorism and extremism, whether committed by individuals, societies, or states, must be fought with full vigour and conviction,” stated the prime minister.
